SHZ is a consortium of landlords specialising in high quality student housing in Durham City. They formed the consortium to share resources and marketing power to create the largest portfolio of properties in the City. We were employed to create their brand, website and all marketing materials.
Industrial Strength were also contracted to undertake all of the client's mobile marketing. We devised a simple SMS campaign using a shortcode to recruit students in the Durham City area. Real time messages were pushed out to them as a countdown of available properties in that academic year.
Our digital marketing was so successful in the first year that they found tenants for all of their properties two months earlier than they had the previous year.
