Bowson Lettings, one of the region's largest letting agents, came to us with a brief to build them an online system that not only attracted new tenants but also streamlined their operations.
We built a full-featured searchable site, with around 1000 properties, that is integrated with their internal property and tenant management system. Every 24 hours their internal system pushes new data up to the webserver ensuring the website always has new properties for potential tenants to search.
Users can also register their interest, arrange viewings, create wish lists to share with their housemates and even reserve a property by paying a deposit online. Recording the users property requirements, the system pushes out details in the form of an e-bulletin every time a suitable property is added to their portfolio.
To complement their new online presence we branded their Twitter profile and handle all of their organic search and Pay Per Click marketing. The site achieves top ten rankings for many property search phrases in Newcastle.
