Industrial Strength is a digital agency, now in its sixth year, based at Design Works in Gateshead. The company comprises of a small team of full time employees and a large network of freelance designers and developers throughout the North East.
Our client base is very varied – we work with start-up businesses right through to multi-national consumer brands. We also specialise in providing out-source development services to creative agencies.
We offer a wide range of digital services – web design and development, multimedia and online marketing services. We also recently moved into the development of mobile apps.
As part of our expansion plans we are now looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to win new contracts and help develop long term relationships to expand our portfolio. You will also be required to manage our existing client base.
You will be responsible for:
• Introducing the company to potential clients
• Preparing proposals, tenders and budgets
• Occasional pitching
• Some project management
Spotting opportunities, excellent customer service, using initiative and being entrepreneurial are all very important to us.
