Bill Free Homes is a landlord with a growing portfolio of student properties in Durham. We created a brand that would set them apart from the growing number of private landlords and appeal to their target market.
We created the 'Bill' character to reinforce their message and carried this through their website, banner ads, To Let boards, window stickers and vehicles. The client then went on to form the Student Home Zone consortium.
